Every so often the moment and the place come together and something almost magical happens. So it was on a recent seawall walk not long before sunset.
Assuming no south-westerlies are unloading on you, the light quality on the seawall can at times be quite remarkable anyway, but add the effects of dusk drawing near and you get something quite outstanding.
